He oversees all US operations including manufacturing, assembly, warehouse and distribution across New York City, NY, Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA.

Will is based out of Virginia Beach and is an experienced operations executive who has worked with McKinsey, Boston Consulting and served in various high level roles in business development and operations in the Biotechnology industry for twenty seven years prior to investing and partnering up with Endostech North America.
He is in charge of coordinating all operations in Canada & Mexico including our wholly owned subsidiaries in Toronto, Ontario and in Mexico City,

JANSEN VAN SMIT, VP European Operations

Jansen is based in our Amsterdam office and is an experienced medical doctor who has worked served in various high level roles within the NHS UK hospital management. He has also woked for Amgen, & Roche Diagnostics prior to investing and partnering up with Endostech North America.
He is in charge of coordinating all operations in Europe & Middle East.
